rain rain come again:)

Well, it has the appearance, the rumbling and the clouds with a dusting of rain pellets to state, here I come.....let's hope so because we sure can use it. One of my minions is moving this weekend so he isn't thrilled about it but as he states, "no one nor my stuff will melt" as I state, "as long as they aren't the wicked witch of the west"!

I have been ready Nina Bagley journal & seeing her work. I am truly humbled by her words, the ways she expresses herself and her jewelery, I wish I could create as brightly as her! WOW!!

I should have my camera here today, the sky is so awesome looking and truly reminds you of God's great glory! I can't understand how some people could think that this was all brought to us by a bang?

Well, if I can't leave here early to go to the main VA to pick up a couple of meds, then I will leave @1630 after my tour is done and pray that there aren't any floods etc because Precious is low to the ground and I don't have any paddles to pladdle to work if the heavy monsoons hit!

I haven't been feeling too hot these past couple of days. I have fibromyglia and arthitis so everytime the weather changes, my pain rating shoot up and I am miserable. Since the monsoons are finally hitting now, this monkey girl is miserable.

I am tired....mom's third air mattress went boom this morning. It wasn't a boom just a slow fizzzzzzzz. So, off we go to Costco when I get home to purchase another one. It was looking really pregant in a spot so who only knows what the heck happened to it...

I am not packing enough. sigh....I need to get going on this but the fact that I am still in my apartment until July and then the back crap has slowed me down. I can tell also cause I have gained 2 pds!!! NOT GOOD!

Work is work is work.

It is raining again here which is nice;) I do miss a whole day of misting rain showers. But that other stuff that comes from rain...NOPE! LOL

I packed one box of beads and you know what is bad, you can't even tell! I will get this organized when I move into my house. I found an awesome organizer that I can hide all my bead trays, which I need more of, at Costco. It will cover a whole wall. I am getting ideas from various people's journals that I read from here. I know that I like a fairly clean table and bead board before I can start making stuff. Mom has stuff all over the place and still she can create. I need room, I guess:)

So tonight, pick up mom, pay Verizon bill and go to grocery store. I am rather off on my diet plan so it is time to get back on it again....I am trying to walk more and I have some hand held weights that I can at least get my arms into better shape:)

rainy day in Tucson

BUT.....I noticed several tents being raised and you wonder why that is exciting??? The Tucson beads shows are starting next week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't wait. A beaders/jewelers paradise right outside my front door. I am so excited but so broke:( I being a pearl addict will try to purchase strings of pearls. I find myself putting pearls in almost 98% of the jewelery I make.
