Creativity slump

Okay, what suggestions or ideas can you give me to assist mom & I in our creativity slump? We need some help! Both of us go to the beading tables, turn up a lip and walk away. Not a good thing at all!!!

We are going to do some fun stuff this weekend and to look at things to get over this slump and maybe we should include an art museum session as well. Looking at pretty things and colors should help out!

swine flu

Just saw that the first case of swine flu in Arizona has hit Phoenix. We haven't heard much of anything going on in Tucson so that is good news?

busy at day job

Both mom and I have been super busy at the day job. I am getting my haircut (finally) and my eyebrows waxed!!! Very very excited!

We baked and it worked!!! Now, we need to get some sanding paper and a rack to hold beads on for no shiney spots. Hooray! We got some beautiful stuff in the mail to make some more jewelery.....get prepared. This beautiful stuff will show up in the Viva Mexico shop once we get our creative juices going...

meetings

I have been doing "retreat" for work for the last 2 days which means that I have tons of work to do when I get back to work. Retreat was good but I am tired out from all that thinking. Don't laugh, mental work is much more hard then physical labor.

Mom is still here and this weekend, we are going to look at fabrics/furniture/paint etc, etc. Hopefully we will get haircuts and pedicures. I really really need to get my hair chopped off. sigh.

Saving loads of money for house and hopefully will get into more mood to bead more this weekend.

Okay to the left is the rest of the living room with those huge windows, a new window treatment is being planned along with new colors in the kitchen and living room. Below screened in porch.

Above the is master bathroom and that color is staying.

This is the bead room....the color is staying in this room but a different window treatment is definately in order!
